         Honorable Sam L. Favre, Jr.          Favre, Genin & Scafide          Attorneys at Law          Post Office Drawer 71          Bay St. Louis, Mississippi 39520          Multiple Charges           Dear Sir:          Attorney General Summer has received your letter of request dated June 17, 1976 and has assigned it to the undersigned for research and reply.          As Attorney for the Hancock County Board of Supervisors, you ask for further clarification on the previous opinions in this area issued by this office, particularly referring to charges of related nature.          You state that in some instances a law officer may make an arrest for a traffic violation that results in multiple charges that are related or are of the same nature, such as speeding, reckless driving, failure to yield, no inspection sticker and no driver's license. You ask if, in such a case, separate affidavits should be filed on each case docket and then tried separately so that the justice court judge would then be entitled to a $6.00 fee for each charge.          You also refer to a situation wherein an arrest is made for a traffic violation, the arresting officer discovers dope or controlled substances or paraphernalia. You ask that, since the dope charges are not actually related to the traffic violations...
