FINAL EVIDENTIARY ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR ADVANCE

THIS CAUSE came before the undersigned Judge of Compensation Claims for a hearing

in Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida on December 18, 2025, on the Claimant’s Motion for

Advance of Indemnity Benefits, filed November 18, 2025. The hearing was held via Zoom

video conference. Orlando Murillo, Esquire, appeared at the hearing on behalf of the Claimant,

Omar Sanchez, who appeared at the hearing and testified. The Claimant’s testimony was

translated by interpreter Miguel Quiro. Katherine Letzter, Esquire, appeared at the hearing on

behalf of the Employer/Carrier, Patriot Coatings and Concrete Restoration, LLC/Service Lloyds

Insurance Company. Whitney Tanenbaum, Esquire, appeared at the hearing on behalf of the

Employer/Carrier, Sabino Bolanos Inc./Florida Citrus, Business & Industries Fund. Exhibits

In making my findings of fact and conclusions of law, I have had the opportunity to

review and consider the evidence presented before me, including the testimony of the Claimant.
