STATEMENT
OF CLAIM:
Defendant/Petitioner,
Arrow Uniform Rental, alleges that Plaintiff has no
disability as of November 1, 2005 and as of that date medical
and weekly benefits should be ceased.
STIPULATIONS:
There
were no stipulations.
ISSUES:
The
issue in this case is whether Plaintiff has continuing
disability based on a right knee injury and whether she
should continue receiving Workers’ Disability
Compensation benefits.
