Frisbie          Hencock County Justice Court Judge          Post Office Box 406          Bay St. Louis, Mississippi 39520          Multiple Charges           Dear Judge:          We have received your letter dated March 19, 1976, in which you refer to citations issued by the Mississippi Highway Patrol containing more than one violation, such as a speeding violation and an expired driver's license and, perhaps, a motor vehicle inspection sticker violation, all on one citation. You ask if it is permissible, by law, to list these different violations as separate cases and to cherge the county $18.00 for three separate cases, or would it be properly handled by charging it as one case with three charges and thus charge the county $6.00.
