On February 7, 2019, respondents filed a Motion to Dismiss for want of prosecution pursuant to Rule 13 of the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission. On February 12, 2019, a hearing notice was mailed to the parties setting this matter for a hearing on March 26, 2019. Claimant’s hearing notice was mailed via U.S. Postal Service Regular mail and Certified mail to claimant’s last known address. The U.S. Postal Service Delivery and Tracking system indicates that the certified mail envelope was delivered to the claimant’s address on February 15, 2019 at 02:47 p.m. It was noted that the claimant did not appear for the hearing on March 26, 2019.          Respondents indicated that they, nor the Commission, have heard from the claimant concerning his claim.          From a review of the record as a whole, to include all matters properly before the Commission, and having had an opportunity to hear the statements of the respondent’s...
