On February 7, 2019, respondents filed a Motion to Dismiss for want of prosecution pursuant to Rule 13 of the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission. On February 12, 2019, a hearing notice was mailed to the parties setting this matter for a hearing on March 26, 2019. Claimant’s hearing notice was mailed via U.S. Postal Service Regular mail and Certified mail to claimant’s last known address.
