With respect to transportation of logs, poles or piling by motor vehicle, the board or other proper authorities in charge of, or having jurisdiction over a highway, are authorized to designate and post a highway or section of highway or bridge over which loads of logs, poles, or piling may be transported in continuous operation by motor vehicles in excess of width and length provided by section 49-1010, Idaho Code, and to designate and post a highway or section of highway or bridge over which loads of logs, poles, piling or material from mines which has not been finally processed may be transported in continuous operation by motor vehicles in excess of weight provided by ...
