          ORDER FOR INDEPENDENT MEDICAL EXAMINATION           LINDA A. THOMPSON ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE.          This matter came on for consideration on claimant's Motion to Compel Change of Physician and for Total Temporary Disability Benefits or, in the Alternative;, for an Independent Medical Examination; and the undersigned Administrative Judge, being fully advised in the premises, finds that an independent medical evaluation of the claimant would be helpful in this matter and hereby directs the claimant to undergo a comprehensive evaluation of his condition.          The Administrative Judge selects Dr. Rahul Vohra, specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation at NewSouthNeuroSpine,Flowood, Mississippi, for the purposes of such examination, and asks that Dr. Vohra examine the claimant thoroughly, evaluate his medical condition, and advise the Commission of his opinions as to the claimant's current state, including, but not limited to the likelihood, need and nature of any additional or future medical treatment; the claimant's date of maximum medical improvement, if appropriate; the claimant's impairment rating, if any; and claimant's restrictions, if any; and any other matter that might be helpful to the Commission.          Additionally, this Administrative Judge would note that nothing in making this request to Dr. Vohra for an independent medical evaluation should preclude him from involvement in claimant's future treatment, if appropriate.          IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED:
1. That the employer and carrier furnish the claimant, Bruce Gridley, a thorough examination and evaluation by Dr. Rahul Vohra at the earliest date and time convenient to Dr. Vohra and the claimant, including any and all diagnostic studies and tests deemed necessary by Dr. Vohra;
2. That Dr. Vohra consider this order proper authorization to consult with physicians or other medical providers, if such consultations
