FRIDRICH, JUDGE.          This matter came on for hearing on the Motion to Withdraw as Attorney of Record filed by Timothy S. Dowd. Mr. Dowd and Sam O'Neill were present by telephone for the hearing. An attempt was made to reach the plaintiff by telephone, but he did not answer his phone. Notice of the hearing was sent to his last known address and via email, so he had notice of the hearing. Accordingly, the hearing proceeded without his participation. Mr. Dowd advised the Court that he has not had contact with the plaintiff since March of 2020. Mr. Dowd has tried to reach the plaintiff through various methods and has had no return contact. He has attempted to contact the plaintiff on numerous occasions via U.S. mail, email and...
