ARNOLD, III ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE.          A telephonic hearing was held on February 14, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., on Employer's Motion to Compel Discovery, and this Administrative Judge, after reviewing the records on file at the Commission and hearing arguments of counsel finds and orders as follows:

1) On April 18, 2018, Employer served its First Set of Interrogatories to the Claimant. On July 19, 2018, Claimant served her answers to interrogatories, but did not provide an executed verification to the responses. Claimant shall provide a signed, executed response to employer of her answers to interrogatories within twenty (20) days;
