In your letter you state:

“Pursuant to our conversation of this date, it is necessary that I have a written opinion from the Attorney General's Office on the following question: “Does the provisions of Section 99-15-26, Mississippi Code of 1972, reference the nonadjudication of guilt, apply to municipal courts? “Is there any statutory authority dealing with municipal courts which would give said court the authority to issue an order of nonadjudication of guilt?”
