STATEMENT
OF CLAIM:
Claimant’s
statement of claim is a three page single spaced typed
document alleging multiple violations of Claimant’s
rights and failure of General Motors to protect him and deal
with his injuries. He claims that he was hit by a shuttle on
September 1, 1992, and fell injuring his back, head, neck,
and shoulder.

TESTIMONY:
Plaintiff
testified that he fell or was knocked unto a rail on
September 1, 1992. He went to plant first aid and they sent
him to McLaren Hospital. He was returned to work on October
21, 1992 as a skilled trades worker, and equipment repairman.
Plaintiff continued working until he tripped on a carpet at
work in May 2004 and was taken to McLaren Hospital. At
McLaren, he was given a neck and back brace. Plaintiff also
testified that he had and operation on his neck and shoulder
in 2001, and was receiving a total and permanent disability
pension as well as...
