          APPEARING FOR CLAIMANT: Al Chadick, Esquire           APPEARING FOR EMPLOYER/CARRIER: Amy Taylor, Esquire           ORDER FOR INDEPENDENT MEDICAL EXAMINATION           DENEISE TURNER LOTT, ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE          This matter comes before the Commission on a telephonic hearing with all counsel on December 5,2018, on Claimant's Motion to Compel Medical Treatment filed on November 14,2018 and on Employer and Carrier's Response to Claimant's Motion to Compel Medical Treatment filed on December 3, 2018.          I.          The following facts were gleaned from those documents in the Commission file which comprise the record pursuant to Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission Rule 2.10, including the pleadings and attachments:          1. On September 12,2017, Claimant had an arthroscopic procedure on her left knee by Dr. James Green, Jr., Meridian Orthopaedic Clinic, for a non work-connected impairment. She returned to work on October 16, 2017.          2. On November 11,2017, Claimant re-injured her left knee when she stepped in a hole or "dip" in the floor at work, and her left knee popped.          3. Dr. Green initially thought Claimant did not have a new injury on November 11, 2017, but after further treatment and evaluation, including a review of the MRI taken May 2, 2018 which showed rapid progression[1] of the degeneration of her left knee, Dr. Green related Claimant's current impairment and need for treatment to both her pre-existing condition and to her November 11, 2017 work injury.          4. On May 3, 2018, Dr. Green recommended Claimant undergo viscoelastic supplemental injections. On June 27,2018 and August 6,2018, Dr. Green continued to recommend viscoelastic supplementation injections in an attempt to delay the need for surgical intervention.          5.
