CARON, Claimant WCB No. 18-03236 Oregon Worker Compensation April 23, 2019           Bailey & Yarmo LLP, Claimant Attorneys           SAIF Legal Salem, Defense Attorneys           Reviewing Panel: Members Ousey and Curey.           ORDER ON REVIEW          Claimant requests review of that portion of Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Ian Brown’s order that upheld the SAIF Corporation’s denial of claimant’s injury claim for a left upper leg condition. SAIF cross-requests review of that portion of the ALJ’s order that found that claimant had provided timely notice of the claim. On review, the issues are timely notice and compensability.          We adopt and affirm the ALJ’s order.^[1]          ORDER          The ALJ’s order dated October 31, 2018 is affirmed.
