STUDER, Claimant WCB No. 18-01778 Oregon Worker Compensation May 14, 2019           Moore & Jensen, Claimant Attorneys           Reinisch Wilson Weier, Defense Attorneys           Reviewing Panel: Members Woodford and Lanning.           ORDER ON REVIEW          Claimant requests review of that portion of Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Naugle’s order that declined to award an assessed attorney fee under ORS 656.383(1) for claimant’s counsel’s services during the reconsideration proceeding, which resulted in an Order on Reconsideration’s rescission of a Notice of Closure. On review, the issue is attorney fees.          We adopt and affirm the ALJ’s order. See Robert L. Stanley, 70 Van Natta 618 (2018); Mekayla N.
