          Guinn Law Team, Claimant Attorneys           SAIF Legal Salem, Defense Attorneys           Reviewing Panel: Members Ousey and Curey.           ORDER ON REVIEW          Claimant requests review of Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Mills’s order that: (1) found that the SAIF Corporation had not unreasonably processed claimant’s request for a lump sum payment of his permanent partial disability award; and (2) declined to award penalties and related attorney fees for allegedly unreasonable claim processing. On review, the issues are claim processing, penalties, and attorney fees.          We adopt and affirm the ALJ’s order.[1] See Robert G. Green, 66 Van Natta 414, 420 n 8 (2014).          ORDER          The ALJ’s order dated April 19, 2019 is affirmed.
