Member Ousey specially concurs.          CORRECTED ORDER ON REVIEW          It has come to our attention that our February 9, 2021, Order on Review was not mailed to claimant’s attorney. To correct this oversight, we withdraw our February 9, 2021, order and replace it with the following order. The parties’ rights of appeal shall begin to run from the date of this order.          Claimant requests review of Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Riechers’s order that: (1) found that claimant’s injury claim for low back condition was not prematurely closed; (2) affirmed an Order on Reconsideration’s temporary disability award; (3) affirmed the Order on Reconsideration’s award of no permanent impairment for his back condition; and (4) did not award penalties or attorney fees. On review, the issues are premature closure, temporary disability, extent of permanent disability (impairment), penalties, and attorney fees.          We adopt and affirm the ALJ’s order.          ORDER ...
