The department may participate in the establishment and implementation of a regional, multistate clearinghouse to assist in carrying out the requirements of this chapter and to help coordinate reviews of the manufacturer notifications under section 1661-B, applications for alternative labeling under section 1662, education and outreach activities and any other activities related to the administration of this chapter.
