         Opinion, Community Hospital          Mr. Clayton E. Johnson          Assistant Administrator          Jones County Community Hospital          Post Office Box 607          Laurel, Mississippi 39440          Dear Mr. Johnson:          Attorney General Summer has received your letter of request dated November 26, 1979, on behalf of the Jones County Community Hospital, and has assigned it to the undersigned for research and reply.          You are asking two questions concerning the legal liability for retiring the bond interest and principal used for the hospital's physical plant, which are as follows:
         “1. Is the county or the hospital legally liable for retirement of the bonds when the bonds are issued by the County Board of Supervisors and the bond instrument states that the issue is “General Obligation Bonds”, and the board instrument also states the net revenues of the hospital are pledged for retirement of the bond interest and principal?          “2. Is the county or the hospital legally liable for retirement of the bonds when the bonds are issued by the County Board of Supervisors, and the bond instrument states that the issue is 'Hospital Revenue Bonds' secured by the revenue of the hospital?”
         Section 41-13-23, Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended, provides for a pledge of revenues to pay bonds and states:
