a. The Commissioner of Transportation shall establish a public awareness campaign to inform the general public about legal commuter transportation services and to improve public awareness of safe, reliable transportation alternatives available to the residents of New Jersey. The commissioner shall work in conjunction with the Transportation Management Association Council of New Jersey as practical.
