MCL 442.216 Licenses; Terms, Renewal, Fee

(1) A license to conduct a sale issued under this act shall not be issued or valid for a period of more than 30days from the start of the sale, and the sale may be conducted only during the period set forth in the license.

(2) A license to conduct a sale issued under this act may be renewed not more than twice, for a period not to exceed 30 days for each renew...

(3) A fee of $50.00 shall accompany an application for the license and for the renewal of a license, unless the clerk of the city, village, or township receiving the application waives that fee.
