EMPLOYER And FEDEX FREIGHT, INC CARRIER MWCC No. 1108636-M-0475-E29 Mississippi Workers Compensation Decisions Before The Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission October 28, 2019           ORDER           MELBA DIXON ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE.          This matter is before the undersigned Administrative Judge on Claimant's Supplemental Motion to Compel Payment of Medical Bills, filed on July 26, 2019, related to the outstanding medical bills submitted by Dr. Theresa Elias-Hooper. After hearing arguments of counsel and reviewing the submissions of the parties, this Administrative Judge finds that the Motion to Compel shall be held in abeyance pending completion of the bill review process related to said medical bills, and specifically the Employer/Carrier's determination of the reconsideration request submitted by Dr. Hooper's office which the parties anticipate will be completed within thirty (30) days of the date the reconsideration documentation was submitted, on or about October 23, 2019.
