STEWART ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE.          This case comes on for review following a hearing on respondent’s motion to dismiss.          On August 6, 2018, claimant filed Form AR-C requesting initial compensation benefits. Respondent accepted the claim as a compensable medical only claim. Since the filing of the AR-C, no further action has been taken by claimant to pursue the claim. As a result, on February 14, 2019, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for failure to prosecute.          A hearing was scheduled for April 22, 2019, and notice of the hearing was sent to claimant by certified mail.
