matter comes before the Commission on a telephonic hearing
with all counsel listed above on October 28, 2019, on
Claimant's Emergency Motion to Determine
Kettley's Insurance Policy's In Force and to Require
Commission to Hold Premium Refund filed October 14,2019
and on Accident Insurance Company Response filed
October 18, 2019.
ORDER
Having
considered these pleadings, the other documents that comprise
the record per Mississippi Workers' Compensation
Commission Rule 2.10, and the representations of counsel
during the motion hearing, this Administrative finds and
orders as follows:
1. Per
Claimant's counsel's request, Claimant's
Emergency Motion to Determine Kettley's Insurance
Policy's In Force and to Require Commission to Hold
Premium Refund is held in abeyance and may be reset for
hearing at a later date.
