In your letter you state:
         “I need answers to the following questions.          1. After a Mississippi corporation has been formed and been in existence for more than one year, what is the minimum number of Directors it must have? Can it have only one Director if that Director owns all the stock?          2. How many officers must a Mississippi corporation have after one year existence? Can it have only one officer if that officer owns all the stock?”
