Case Embry           ORDER FOR INDEPENDENT MEDICAL EVALUATION           MELBA DIXON ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE.          This matter is before the undersigned Administrative Law Judge on Claimant's Motion to Compel Medical Treatment. The pleadings on file with the Commission reflect that Claimant sustained an injury to his cervical and lumbar spine during the course and scope of his employment with the Employer herein on September 19, 2017. After hearing argument of counsel and reviewing the medical records on file with the Commission, this Administrative Law Judge finds that a comprehensive evaluation of Claimant's condition by Dr. Robert McGuire at the University of Mississippi Medical Center would be helpful in finding the facts and protecting the rights of all parties.          Dr. McGuire is asked to examine the Claimant thoroughly and advise the Commission as to the following: Whether Claimant has reached maximum medical improvement from the injury so, the type of treatment necessary; and Whether Claimant has any medical impairment rating and/or permanent work restrictions as a result of the injury on September 19, 2017.          IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED:
1. That the Employer/Carrier furnish and pay for a thorough examination and evaluation of Claimant by the IME physician at the earliest date and time convenient to all parties, including any and all diagnostic tests deemed necessary by the physician.
2. That the IME physician may consider this Order proper authorization to consult with other physicians or medical provides where such consultations
