          Representing the Claimant: Amanda Hill Fritz           Representing the Employer/Carrier: H. Case Embry, Esquire           INDEPENDENT MEDICAL EVALUATION ORDER           CINDY P. WILSON ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE.          Claimant filed a Motion to Compel Medical Treatment and a response was filed. After hearing arguments of counsel and reviewing the medical records on file, I find that Claimant should undergo a comprehensive evaluation of his condition by Dr. John Davis, IV, NewSouth NeuroSpine, 2470 Flowood Drive, Flowood, MS 39232, (601) 936-0403 Attn: Ashley. The physician is asked to examine Claimant thoroughly in order to advise the Commission as follows:
(1) What is the Claimant's current condition as to his neck and back pain;
(2) Please state whether this medical condition was caused by, contributed to, or aggravated by Claimant's alleged injury on July 21, 2016, while in the course and scope of his employment with the Employer named herein;
(3) What medical treatment is reasonable and necessary for Claimant's work related injuries;
(4) Is Claimant at maximum medical improvement, and if so, when; and
(5) If Claimant is at maximum medical improvement, does he have any permanent physical restrictions and/or permanent medical impairment rating?
         IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED:
1. That the Employer furnish and pay for a thorough examination and evaluation of Claimant by the physician at the earliest date and time convenient to all parties, including any and all diagnostic studies and tests deemed necessary by the physician.
2. That the physician may consider this Order proper authority to consult with other physicians or medical providers, where such consultations are necessary to provide a thorough evaluation of Claimant's condition.
