         ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO SUSPEND BENEFITS           Alan C. Goodman, Administrative Judge.          CAME ON, this day to be heard the Employer's Motion to Suspend Payment of Temporary Indemnity Benefits. The Employer seeks an Order from the Commission suspending the payment of future indemnity benefits for Claimant's non-compliance with medical treatment. Miss. Code. Ann. § 71-3-15, provides, in part, the following: "If at any time during such period the employee unreasonably refuses to submit to medical or surgical treatment, the commission shall, by order, suspend the payment of further compensation during such time as such refusal continues, and no compensation shall be paid at any time during the period of such suspension;" Id.          Claimant received initial medical care from Dr. Matthew Capalbo at Rush Foundation Hospital.
