          APPEARING FOR CLAIMANT: Roger K. Doolittle, Esquire           APPEARING FOR EMPLOYER/CARRIER: David B. McLaurin, Esquire           ORDER ON MOTION           DENEISE TURNER LOTT ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE.          This matter comes before the Commission on a telephonic hearing with all counsel on October 30, 2019, on Claimant's Ore Tenus Motion for Continuance.          I.          The following facts were gleaned from those documents in the Commission file which comprise the record per Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission Rule 2.10 and from the representations of counsel during the motion hearing:
1. Although both parties have filed Prehearing Statements, Claimant seeks a continuance of the hearing set on October 30, 2019, because of a conflicting court date.
2. Counsel for Employer/Carrier objects to the continuance.
         II.          Considering the facts stated above, the motion, and record as a whole, this Administrative Judge grants Claimant's Motion for Continuance. This Administrative Judge directs the parties to reset this matter for hearing as soon as practical, and, if possible, to agree to mediate the claim before the hearing date so that...
