The respondents filed a Motion to Dismiss on January 15, 2019. On January 17, 2019, a notice was mailed to the parties setting this matter for a Motion to Dismiss hearing. On February 21, 2019, the claimant notified the Commission via telephone and confirmed via E-Mail that she had no objection to the Motion to Dismiss and waived her right to a hearing in this matter. The claimant also stated that she would not attend the Motion to Dismiss hearing.          At the hearing on the Motion to Dismiss, counsel for respondent stated on the record by way of background information that claimant sustained compensable injuries in July of 2019. An AR-C was filed by Attorney York in July 2017 requesting benefits. Benefits were paid, including a change of physician to Dr. Knox in 2018.
