N.Y. State § 111 New Congressional Districts

Except as provided in section one hundred ten of this article, the congressional districts of this state from and after the effective date of this article, shall consist as follows:

1. First district. In the county of Suffolk, all of the town of Brookhaven; all of the town of East Hampton; all of the reservation of Poospatuck; all of the town of Riverhead; all of the town of Shelter Island; all of the reservation of Shinnecock; that part of Smithtown bounded by a line described as follows: Beginning at a point where the Brookhaven/Smithtown town line meets the Smithtown/Islip town line, westerly along said line to a point where the town line meets Nesconset Highway, thence westerly along said highway to Old Willets Path, thence northerly along said path to Plymouth Boulevard, thence northerly along a line extended between Plymouth Boulevard and Annandale Road to its intersection with Lawrence Road, thence westerly along Old Road, to Linden Avenue, along said avenue to the southern border of the New York State Conservation area, thence westerly along said border to its intersection with Indian Head Road, thence northerly along said road to LaSalle Lane, thence southerly along said lane to Balboa Drive, thence westerly along said drive to Ellen Place, thence westerly along said place to Marvin Drive, along said drive to 5th Avenue, thence northerly along said avenue to Old Commack Road, thence easterly along said road to the Long Island Rail Road, thence westerly along said railroad to Meadow Glen Road, thence northerly along said road to Orchard Drive, thence westerly along said drive to Bread and Cheese Hollow Road, thence northerly along said road to the Smithtown/Huntington town line, thence easterly along said line to the Smithtown/Brookhaven town line, thence southerly along said line to its intersection with the Smithtown/Islip town line, the point of beginning; all of the town of Southampton; all of the town of Southold.

2. Second district. In the county of Nassau, that part of the town of Oyster Bay bounded by a line described as follows: Beginning at a point where Bethpage Restoration and the Nassau/Suffolk county line intersect, thence southerly along Bethpage Restoration to Winding Road, thence southerly along said road to Claremont Road, thence westerly along said road to Bethpage Sweet Hollow Road, along said road to Round Swamp Road, thence northerly along said road to Hay Path Road, thence westerly along said road to Old Bethpage Road, thence southerly along said road to the Plainview/Old Bethpage village line, thence westerly along said line to Sherman Road, thence westerly along said road to Lent Drive, thence southerly along said drive to Hay Path Road, thence westerly along said road to Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway, along said expressway to a line extended between Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway and West Lane Drive, thence westerly along said line to West Lane Drive, thence northerly along said drive to Margaret Drive, thence northerly along said drive to Old Country Road, thence westerly along said road to South Oyster Bay Road, thence northerly along said road to Garden Street, along said street to East End Avenue, thence westerly along said avenue to a line extended between High Street and Pollock Place, thence westerly along said line to Pollock Place, thence northerly along said place to Evelyn Drive, along said drive to a line extended between Evelyn Drive and Ingram Drive, thence westerly along said line to Miller Place, thence westerly along a line extended between Miller Place and Hicksville/Jericho village line, thence northerly along said line to Long Island Rail Road, thence northerly along said railroad to I-495, thence southerly along said interstate to Jericho Turnpike, thence easterly along said turnpike to Jericho Oyster Bay Road, thence northerly along said road to Old Jericho Turnpike, thence easterly along said turnpike to Jericho Turnpike, along said turnpike to Proposed Expressway ROW, thence northerly along said ROW to Convent Road, thence easterly along said road to South Woods Road, thence northerly along said road to Long Island Rail Road, thence easterly along said railroad to Woodbury Road, thence northerly along said road to East Gate Drive, thence easterly along said drive to the Nassau/Suffolk county line, thence southerly along said line to its intersection with Bethpage Restoration, the point of beginning. In the county of Suffolk, that part of the town of Babylon bounded by a line described as follows: Beginning at a point where the Babylon/Huntington town line meets the Islip/Babylon town line, thence southerly along said line to Bay Shore Road, along said road to Weeks Road, along said road to Deer Park Avenue, along said avenue to Southern State Parkway, thence westerly along said pa...

3. Third district. In the county of Nassau, all of the city of Glen Cove; all of the city of Long Beach; that part of the town of Hempstead bounded by a line described as follows: Beginning at a point where Wantagh State Parkway meets the Oyster Bay/Hempstead town line, thence southerly along said parkway to North Jerusalem Road, thence westerly along said road to Oakfield Avenue, thence southerly along said avenue to Jerusalem Avenue, thence westerly along said avenue to Whittier Avenue, thence southerly along said avenue to Van Nostrand Avenue, thence easterly along said avenue to Hendrickson Avenue, thence southerly along said avenue to Camp Avenue East, thence easterly along said avenue to the Merrick/Bellmore village line, thence southerly along said line to Woodbine Avenue, thence westerly along said avenue to Merrick Avenue North, thence northerly along said avenue to Little Whaleneck Road, thence northerly along said road to the Southern State Parkway, thence westerly along said parkway to Little Whaleneck Road, thence northerly along said road to North Jerusalem Road, thence westerly along said road to the Meadowbrook State Parkway, thence southerly along said parkway to the Freeport/Merrick village line, thence southerly along said line to a line extended northerly from the Meadowbrook State Parkway to Troy Place, thence westerly along said place to Albany Avenue, thence southerly along said avenue to Stadium Drive, thence westerly along said drive to Buffalo Avenue, thence northerly along said avenue...

In the county of Nassau, that part of the town of Hempstead bounded by a line described as follows: Beginning at a point where Wantagh State Parkway meets the Oyster Bay/Hempstead town line, thence southerly along said parkway to North Jerusalem Road, thence westerly along said road to Oakfield Avenue, thence southerly along said avenue to Jerusalem Avenue, thence westerly along said avenue to
