If a lottery prize claimant is on the list of individuals in default of a student loan as reported pursuant to section 2 of P.L. 1997, c. 306(C.5:9-13.11), the Office of Student Assistance shall promptly notify the Department of the Treasury and the Division of the State Lottery of the claimant's name, address, social security number and the outstanding amount of the student loan.
