You ask for assistance in obtaining this necessary equipment.          I find no statutory authority for the county to purchase or pay for radio equipment for use by a constable. The Attorney General has no means nor facilities to provide or require that any other agency provide radio equipment for any officer.          You advised me by telephone that, if necessary, you would pay for the equipment yourself.
