Any sheriff, deputy sheriff or any other official of the county, or any other officer as defined in this act, or any person, association or corporation violating any of the provisions of this act, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, on conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than one hundred dollar...
