Funds appropriated to the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission include funds for the commission to enter into an agreement with the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources regarding the ownership, management and operation of Washington Crossing Historic Park located in Bucks County. Within 120 days of the effective date of this section, the commission shall demonstrate to the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources that it has clear title to Washington Crossing Historic Park. Upon demonstration, the commission and the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources shall enter into an agreement regarding the management of the facilities, current employee complement, current and pending contracts and associated capital and operational costs.
