BARNEY, (211G), JUDGE          STATEMENT OF CLAIM:          Defendant\Petitioner, Federal Mogul filed an Application for Mediation Form C on December 9, 2005 alleging that Plaintiff\Respondent had failed to appear for two independent medical examinations scheduled by the Petitioners with Dr. Rajesh Bhagat, M.D. on November 16 and November 30, 2005 respectively. Because of said failure Federal Mogul and Travelers Insurance requested that benefits be stopped pursuant to Section 418.385 of the Workers’ Compensation Act.          STIPULATIONS:          None.          WITNESSSES TESTIFYING PERSONALLY:          Plaintiff          None.          Defendant          None.          WITNESSES TESTIFYING BY DEPOSITION:          Plaintiff          None.          Defendant          None.          EXHIBITS OTHER THAN DEPOSITIONS:          Defendants/Petitioners Federal Mogul and Travelers Insurance Company, entered, without objection, four Exhibits.
