The New Jersey State Board of Dentistry shall notify each pharmacy owner in the State in writing of any dentist permitted to prescribe or administer a controlled dangerous substance in the course of professional practice whose license to practice has been suspended, revoked, or voluntarily surrendered, or who has been ordered to cease and desist from prescribing or administering certain substances.
