BLOCK, JUDGE          This matter came before the Court on February 23, 2021, on Plaintiffs Motion to Withdraw and Establish an Attorney Lien. Plaintiff was represented by Aaron F. Brown and defendant was represented by Bradley D. Shidler. Plaintiff was properly notified of the hearing but did not appear. At the time of hearing, counsel for plaintiff offered Exhibits 1 through 3, which were received. Defendant offered no Exhibits and interposed no objections to the present motion. Being duly advised in the premises, the Court finds as follows:          Aaron F. Brown undertook representation of the plaintiff, including filing the present action for workers' compensation benefits. A disagreement arose between plaintiff and his counsel. The disagreement precipitated the present Motion to Withdraw. The Court finds that good cause has been established for allowance of Aaron F. Brown to withdraw as counsel for the plaintiff in the present action, and the Court sustains the motion of counsel to withdraw as attorney for the plaintiff.          Plaintiff s present action remains pending before this Court. The Court is uncertain of plaintiff s intentions on further pursuing the present action.
