(a) If an eligible [individual] choice scholarship student enrolls in an eligible school for less than an entire school year, the choice scholarship provided under this chapter for that school year shall be reduced on a prorated basis to reflect the shorter school term.

(b) An eligible [individual] choice scholarship student is entitled to only one (1) choice scholarship for each school year.
