(A) Once every three months, the grand jurors shall visit the county jail, examine its condition, and inquire into the discipline and treatment of the prisoners, their habits, diet, and accommodations. [They]

(B)

(1) If a multicounty correctional center or multicounty-municipal correctional center is established as described in section 307.93 of the Revised Code to serve two or more counties, once every three months, the grand jurors of any or all of the counties served by the center may visit the facility, examine its contents, and inquire into the discipline and treatment of the prisoners, their habits, diet, and accommodations. Only one visit by grand jurors may be made under this division during any three-month period.

(2) If a municipal-county correctional center is established as described in section 307.93 of the Revised Code to serve a county, once every three months, the grand jurors of the county may visit the facility, examine its contents, and inquire into the discipline and treatment of the prisoners, their habits, diet, and accommodations.
