Cavel, JUDGE          This matter came before the Court for a pretrial conference on August 30, 2007. The parties appeared through counsel. The parties had previously provided to the Court a joint pretrial conference memorandum. On the basis of the memorandum and the conference, the Court finds the trial of this matter should be governed by the following:          I.          The parties have stipulated that Jeanne Reynolds was employed by First National Bank of Omaha on April 6, 2006, at an average weekly wage of $352.24 ($385.20 for calculating permanent disability compensation). The parties stipulate that Federal Insurance Company was the workers’ compensation insurer of First National Bank on April 6, 2006. Finally, the parties stipulate that the plaintiff suffered some injury by accident April 6, 2006, arising out of and in the course and scope of her employment.          II.          That the issues for trial of this matter should be limited to the following:
1. The extent and duration of any temporary disability caused by the plaintiff’s accident and injury of April 6, 2006. 2. Whether or not the plaintiff has attained maximum
