Michael Fitzgerald, Judge          Plaintiff has served notice to take the deposition of representatives of defendants on July 25, 2014. Defendants have filed a motion to quash the notice to take the depositions of representatives of defendants on July 25, 2014.          In a long telephone conversation on July 15, 2014, counsel for defendants advised the Court of the difficulties the defendants had in being ready for depositions on July 25, 2014. In particular, counsel for defendants is attempting to obtain verification of a set of interrogatories. Counsel for the defendants is having some difficulty in obtaining the verification due to summer vacations. The plaintiff has also requested that the defendant, George Risk Industries, Inc., produce a copy of the employment file of the plaintiff. Counsel for defendants is unable to obtain the employment file on or before July 25, 2014. All reasons stated by counsel for defendants are reasonable and the finding is that counsel for defendants would be unable to come up with the records from George Risk Industries, Inc. and the verification by July 25, 2014.          Counsel for defendants has advised the Court that he will produce verified answers to discovery on or before August 8, 2014, and will attempt to obtain plaintiff’s...
