Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a person charged with a violation of Section 56-5-2930, 56-5-2933, or <codecitation statecd="SC" sessionyear="2020" datatype="S" title="56" catchline="Offense of felony driving under the influence; penalties; "great bodily injury" defined">56-5-2945</codecitation> who is being tried in any court of competent jurisdiction in this State must have the right of trial by jury.
