The Board of Regents may deposit any moneys held by it pursuant to § 13-49-14.2, but not needed to cover liabilities heretofore incurred, into a special fund hereby created in the South Dakota school and public lands endowment, to be known as the South Dakota School for the Deaf and the South Dakota School for the Visually Handicapped maintenance and repair fund.
