FALSTAD, CHAIRPERSON          Interlocutory Order          The commission affirms the decision of the administrative law judge (ALJ) subject to the attached modification. Accordingly, within 30 days from this date, the employer, Waste Management of Wisconsin, Inc. shall pay to the applicant the compensation ordered to be paid to him in the ALJ's Interlocutory Order; and to applicant's attorney, Scott B. Taylor, the fees and costs ordered to be paid to him in the ALJ's Interlocutory Order.          Jurisdiction is reserved for such further findings and orders as may be necessary consistent with the findings of this decision.          By the Commission:           Georgia E. Gillick, Commissioner          Procedural Posture          On December 21, 2015 the applicant submitted a hearing application claiming Temporary Total Disability and Permanent Partial Disability, and Medical Expenses for injuries arising out of and in the course of his employment with the employer. The date of the claimed work injury is June 11, 2015. An administrative law judge (ALJ) for the Department of Administration, Division of Hearings and Appeals, Office of Worker's Compensation Hearings of the held three hearings on November 30, 2016, June 12, 2017, and November 13, 2017. The ALJ issued a decision on March 13, 2018. A timely petition for commission review was filed.          The commission has considered the petition and the positions of the parties and has reviewed the evidence submitted at the hearing. Based on its review, the commission agrees with the decision of the ALJ, and it adopts the findings and conclusion in that decision as its own, subject to the change outlined below. ...
