STEWART, ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE          This case comes on for review following a hearing on respondent’s motion to dismiss.          On January 18, 2018, claimant filed Form AR-C alleging a compensable injury to his low back, neck, and right leg. The respondent denied compensability of an injury to claimant’s neck, but accepted and paid medical benefits for the injuries to claimant’s back and leg. These injuries were accepted as medical only claims. In a report dated March 6, 2018, claimant’s treating physician, Dr. Cutler, indicated that claimant had reached maximum medical improvement and also indicated that claimant had a 0% impairment rating pursuant to the AMA Guides.          Since filing his AR-C on January 18, 2018, claimant has not made any request for a hearing.
