          W. BIENVILLE SKIPPER - BAR #100100 DANIEL COKER HORTON & BELL, P.A.          AGREED ORDER FOR INDEPENDENT MEDICAL EXAMINATION          THIS MATTER came before this administrative judge for consideration on claimant's motion to compel medical treatment, and this administrative judge finds that an independent medical evaluation of the claimant would be helpful in this matter and hereby directs the claimant to undergo a comprehensive evaluation of his condition by Dr. Charles Winters. The administrative judge would ask that Dr. Winters examine the claimant thoroughly, evaluate his medical condition, and advise the Commission whether claimant's complaints of neck pain are causally related to his work injury of November 1, 2017, and whether claimant has any cervical injury causally related to his work accident. The administrative judge would further ask that Dr. Winters advise whether the claimant has reached maximum medical improvement for his neck complaints, whether he needs additional diagnostic testing or other treatment, and whether the claimant is capable of continuing to work in any capacity at this time. If claimant has reached maximum medical improvement, Dr. Winters is asked to advise whether he has any permanent impairment or permanent work restrictions related to his work-related injury, if appropriate, related to his neck complaints.          IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the employer and carrier furnish the claimant and pay for a thorough examination and evaluation by Dr. Charles Winters at the earliest date and time convenient to Dr. Winters and the claimant, including any and all diagnostic studies and tests deemed necessary by Dr. Winters.
