Mullin, Jr., Attorney at Law           ORDER OF REMAND ON REVIEW          This matter came on for a review hearing before the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court at Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska, on September 11, 2007, on the application for review of the Robert Krafka filed February 12, 2007, alleging error in the order entered on February by Judge Ronald R. Brown, and upon the written brief of Mr. Krafka and the oral arguments of the parties.          The order entered by Judge Brown dealt with a lien for legal services in favor of Mr. Krafka and provided that Mr. Krafka has a lien for services provided equal to one-third of the temporary total indemnity payable pursuant to the award entered by Judge Brown on December 8, 2004. However, that award also provided for the payment of permanent indemnity for member injuries. Judge Brown made no mention in his February 7, 2007, order of a lien in favor of Mr. Krafka in connection with the award of this permanent indemnity. Mr...
