          ORDER           James R. Coe, Judge          This matter came on for hearing before the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court at Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska on the 5 th day of April, 2016 upon the plaintiff's Second Motion to Compel Payments filed on March 24, 2016. The parties appeared, argument was had and the Court being fully advised in the premises finds that the essence of the plaintiff's motion is to compel payment of medical expenses pursuant to an original Award dated July 15, 2015. There was no appeal from the Award. The defendant did not make timely payment of the ordered medical expenses and a subsequent hearing was held on January 15, 2016 to enforce payment of outstanding medical expenses. On January 20, 2016 the Court entered an Order requiring the defendant to pay the indicated medical expenses and in addition ordered an attorney fee paid pursuant to § 48-125 in the amount of $1,000.00.
