Fridrich, Judge          This matter came on for trial on the 9 th day of October, 2013, at 1:50 p.m. Torrey Gerdes appeared on behalf of the defendants. No one appeared on behalf of the plaintiff. Plaintiff did not appear either. Even though trial was scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m., the Court waited until 1:50 p.m. to start the trial to give the plaintiff an opportunity to appear.          At the outset of the trial, counsel for the defendants made an oral motion to dismiss plaintiff's petition with prejudice.
