(1)
(a) In addition to the penalties and other enforcement provisions of this chapter, the commissioner may seek both temporary and permanent injunctive relief when:
(i) A discount plan is being operated by a person or entity that is not licensed under this chapter; or
(ii) Any person, entity, or discount plan organization has engaged in any activity prohibited by this chapter or any rule adopted under this chapter.
